Travel is non-transferrable.
Travel arrangements are made between vacation prize winners and the travel company hired by SOWA.
Travel must be used within one year of the SOWA purchase date.
All gratuities, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner.
Winners of travel related prizes must comply with all applicable requirements and restrictions related to said prizes, including without limitation applicable travel dates, age restrictions, liability waivers, travel documentation, and reservation and confirmation procedures.
All vacations are subject to availability and may be substituted with a comparable vacation prize selected by SOWA or the cash alternate prize.
